TILE SPACERS, PLIERS, WEDGES
Precautions in the installation of levelling systems:

INSTALLATION
1
Place the base of the clip below the wall or flooring material. When laying the contiguous piece, use the clip as a spacer as well as a leveller. Pre-level the tiles with a rubber mallet.

2
Continue with the installation inserting the wedges by hand and then pressuring with the pliers. Please note that if you do not have pliers, then you can simply insert the wedges as firmly as possible by hand.

3
Now regulate the length of the pliers with the butterfly screw (1) and finally with the regulating screw (2) and test them on the first wedge/clip.

4
When the pliers are regulated correctly you should be able to apply the same force used to install the wedge manually, but should not be able to squeeze it in too hard. If during installation a clip breaks when inserting the wedge, tighten the regulating screw (2) to avoid applying too much pressure. Please remember that throughout the installation you should pre-level with a rubber mallet. Levelling is achieved by the wedge pressing down on the tile that is higher and by the clip pulling up the lower tile.

5
Leave the tile adhesive to dry as per manufacturer's instructions.

6
When the mortar is dry, the clip is removed by striking the clip and the wedge along the grout line at right angles to the wedge.
Do not remove the wedge before breaking the clip.
Wedges are reusable.
